Hi, I am Bekka.

My love of photography began with a screenless digital camera in middle school where I would take pictures of anything and everything. Then, one special Christmas in high school, I was gifted a new pink digital camera (with a screen) and went to town with it. Using my best friend as a model we would play dress up and do photoshoots. Since then, I have been taking portraits of family and friends over the last ten years. My professional experience includes college courses in photography and Bella Baby Baby Photography photographing newborns photos in a hospital in Bremerton, WA. I've recently ventured into wedding photography and I slap my forehead when I think about why I haven't done it sooner. I wear a sign saying "biggest romantic out there."

My style of photography is a bit photojournalistic and cinematic. I try to capture that candid love, romance, and whimsy. I love dramatic in-the-moment shots that make life look like a romance movie. On your wedding day you ARE the star of your own love story and I thrive being there in the moment to help you live the moment and re-live it through amazing photos.

Aside from photography I enjoy anything outdoors like backpacking and kayaking. I'm a big fan of fantasy books/movies and board games. Karaoke is my jam. Painting and sewing are my idea of a calm night in. Dogs and children take up most of my free time but I love every moment of it.
